Description
At the Amerham Band Hall in Rectory Hill
A Postnatal Pilates class (babies are welcome!) that will help you to recover safely from 6 weeks. Exercises will help you to reduce back pain, release tension in muscles, reconnect your pelvic floor and recover your core strength gradually. From 6 weeks up to 8 months postnatal!
- You will need to bring your own mat and a small rolled towel at least. Clients are encouraged to bring their own equipment.
- You will need to fill in a client enrollment form before you take part on your first class and notify the instructor if anything changes regarding your health.
- Bookings are non-refundable
- Classes are not transferable to another person
- If you can't attend a session and you cancel 24hr before, the booking system will automatically give you a credit that you can use towards any other session on the schedule as long as these are taught within the same course term.
