Join us for a super fun, baby wearing dance class - guaranteed to invigorate and inspire!

Our baby wearing dance class is fun for mum / dad and stimulating (or sleep inducing) for little ones too.

Come and dance with us - whilst potentially rocking your baby to sleep!

Anabel is a former professional dancer and musical theatre performer with 20 years experience. She also holds dance teaching qualifications.

£10 per adult (babies are free) Please bring a baby, water, clothes you can move in and trainers or bare feet. Bring a baby carrier for Sling & Dance class. Bring a buggy and yoga mat / towel for Barre fitness with baby.
