Description

Strength training to leave you feeling strong, energised and positive. Strong Mums Club (mum & baby) classes are designed to increase strength, improve fitness, help you reconnect with your core and pelvic floor and address post-natal postural issues.

This strength focused workout (with some heart raisers thrown in) uses body weight and resistance bands to rebuild your postnatal body, build muscle and kick start your postnatal exercise journey. This class will help you get back to exercise, get your heart rate up, boost your confidence and get those endorphins flowing in a friendly environment.

Suitable for all levels and abilities, our classes can be adapted to a level that suits any stage of your postnatal journey.

This class is taught by Becs (mum of 2) who has over 8 years personal training experience. Becs has specialised in postnatal strength training for the last 4 years and is deeply committed to her own training and development as a coach to ensure she is providing the best possible level of postnatal care. Becs is a Mummy MOT certified trainer as well as an ambassador for This Mum Moves. Her aim is to empower and educate all her clients through their training to go on to live their BEST (strong, healthy and confident) postnatal lives!
