Description

A space to come together with other mums, to find your calm, to reconnect with yourself. Small children and babies welcome or come alone. We start with a grounding meditation, then gently check in with each mum in the circle, we might explore a common theme which is coming up for you, or we will discuss a prepared theme which is relevant to all mothers and women (i.e. shifting identity, accepting help, rest, societal pressures etc.) we spend 120 minutes entirely focussed on your needs, before closing with a relaxation exercise. Ticket price includes hot drinks and a slice of homemade cake. Standard + donation price ensures I can continue to offer discounted spaces in all my circles to those who need them. This space is so important in building a community and I want to sustainably provide this to all mothers who wish to access it.
