Description
Baby massage is based on the power of nurturing touch and connection.
My classes are completely relaxed and 100% baby led. They provide parents with some quality time not only with their babies but socialising with other parents too, along with learning some amazing skills that can really help you and your baby.
Our baby massage course will aid relaxation and digestion, help relieve colic and help your baby to sleep. Over this five-week course of classes you will learn to massage your baby head to toe.
The course includes a detailed handout and a 50ml bottle of Tiddley Pom baby massage oil to support the massage.
All I ask parents to bring is their usual changing bag along with a snuggly blanket for your baby.
