Description
A friendly, non-competitive, steady-paced yoga course that teaches us to include the transitions between yoga poses as part of the practice.
Flowing from one pose to another pose whilst linking the breath to balance the nervous system, stretch and strengthen the body, whilst most importantly calming the mind.
This type of yoga helps us to prolong our focus on just one thing whilst learning new movement patterns.
Scientifically proven to strengthen our brains as well as our bodies.
Vinyasa Yoga is a healing practice for all bodies and abilities.
Everyone is welcome.
We practifce in the tranquil covered garden in the warmer months.

Access to the Garden and Studio is through the wooden side gate. Toni will meet you in the studio.
All props are provided; please bring water and warm layers in case we are practising in the covered garden in warmer months.
