What Toni Osborne Yoga says

After receiving a scholarship to Italia Conti School, Toni Osborne worked professionally as a dancer throughout her twenties and thirties, whilst also teaching pilates and working as personal trainer from 2003, and has been teaching yoga full time since 2012 with over 850hrs of teacher trainings.

With over two decades of experience Toni offers all her support, care as a mother and up to date science based knowledge as a teacher.

About

​Hi I'm Toni,

I’m a mother, specialist in movement especially pregnancy, postnatal and vinyasa yoga, pre and postnatal corrective exercise.

I enjoy leading retreats and my work as a tutor on the Yogarise, Kindred Yoga, 200hr Teacher Trainings and Yoga Mama Postnatal TT.

My passion is to positively support all my students from beginners in vinyasa, couples building a weekly private practice together, students working with injuries, pregnant women and postnatal women.

It is such a privilege to share yoga with my community, adapting the practice throughout pregnancy, childbirth, motherhood, menopause, injury and all other phases of our lives.

My aim is to empower my students with knowledge, information, choices and techniques to build confidence, inner strength and trust in our truly amazing bodies with the underlying focus of building strength physically and mentally to enrich the experience of daily activities whilst building new friendships.

Expect to receive intelligent, quality, evidence based tuition.
