As mothers we need a supportive community and Toni’s classes are known for being warm, informative, fun and inclusive.
Toni’s classes are sequenced to strengthen and stretch out tension to allow us to breathe more deeply.
When we breathe properly, we have so much more energy and thats always a bonus help us manage those days when we feel low, stressed or anxious whilst strengthening the whole body through a safe flowing Vinyasa-style practice (which babies usually find hypnotic and the mothers very enjoyable) focusing on the pelvic floor and core and always finishing with much-needed relaxation.
It’s a wonderful way to meet other local mothers and babies making lasting new friendships.
It is important to rest and bond with your baby until 6 weeks after birth and only return when you have consulted your doctor and are ready to return to practice.
In person classes will continue in the new year.
