What Toni Osborne Yoga says
As mothers we need open hearts, strong cores and a strong spine. Toni’s classes are sequenced to strengthen and stretch out tension around the neck and shoulders to realign the spine to allow us to breathe more deeply.
When we breathe properly, we have much more energy and thats always a bonus help us manage those days when we feel low, stressed or anxious whilst strengthening the whole body through a safe flowing Vinyasa-style practice (which babies usually find hypnotic and enjoyable) focusing on the pelvic floor and core and always finishing with much-needed relaxation.
It’s a wonderful way to meet other local mothers and babies making lasting new friendships.
It is important to rest and bond with your baby until 6 weeks after birth and only return when you have consulted your doctor and are ready to return to practice.
Please ensure you fill out the health form which will be sent out to you before your first class to ensure your safety.
