Description
This course is for new mamas wishing to practice vinyasa yoga and who are ready to start building strength safely.
We cover the essential pillars of postnatal healing using techniques to ease tension, calm the nervous system and build strength.
Diaphragmatic breathing. Easing tension. Posture alignment through stretching and strengthening all muscles with a focus on
progressive overload to certain muscles.
The class is friendly, supportive and we encourage you to bring baby, our healing is not just about movement and the breath.
It’s also so beneficial to meet and be around other local women at a similar stage in their lives and in the summer months we practice out in a covered garden which everyone loves.
There is lots of space in the garden and its covered by gazebos.
Access through to the garden studio is through the wooden side gate, Toni will meet you in the studio, All props are provided; please bring a muslin, baby blanket and any toys/teethers your baby enjoys.
