Vicki is a Antenatal and Postnatal fitness specialist (antenatal, postnatal, and perimenopause) she is a mummy to two boys alongside a fitness fanatic. Vicki will tailor her sessions to you and your fitness levels to help you recover and rehabilitate you core and pelvic floor!

All of our postnatal sessions are mummy and baby / toddler accessible and are child friendly. – we encourage you to workout with your little ones.

Group Session Run at 9.30 on: Monday’s, Wednesday’s and Thursday’s.

We also host Antenatal Personal Training and Postpartum Personal Training – if you would prefer a 121 environment – availability on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
