We focus on safe and effective fitness throughout pregnancy, and we support your rehabilitation and recovery postpartum through one to one personal training or small group postnatal classes

Our Antenatal and Postnatal one to one personal training sessions are specific to you and your baby; Our Postnatal classes work on regaining core and pelvic floor strength with specific core and pelvic floor exercises from 6weeks post vaginal delivery and 12 weeks post c-section.- These sessions can also be adapted for antenatal mums, wanting a safe class space to exercise.

Availability is via the website

PostPartum Rehab classes (babies and children can come too)
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 9.30am
Booking is via the website
