Description

Tai chi is a Chinese martial art practiced worldwide. This women only class is open to all women in Hackney. Venue can accommodate babies in buggies. Postnatal women welcome. Not suitable for pregnant women less than 23 weeks.

Women of all ages welcome, no equipment necessary.

To book your place, please complete the registration form. We will contact you in September to confirm your place.

Cost: £2 – £10 contribution donation to cover costs

Dates: Term 1: September 11, 2025 to December 11, 2025

Provisional future dates: Term 2: January 15, 2026 to March 26, 2026
