Description
In this class, the focus will be on gentle strengthening and mobilising your body, using movement, breath and sound to encourage bonding with your baby while supporting better regulation in body and mind.
Sessions adapt to where you and your baby are on the day, with space to respond to your baby’s needs, pause when needed, and connect with others. The class is suitable from around 10–12 weeks, once you have had your post-birth check and feel ready to return to movement.
No previous yoga experience is required.
