This activity is usually led by Ro is a fully qualified yoga teacher, specialising in women's health, primarily within pregnancy and post natal recovery.
Pregnancy yoga encourages women to develop strength and flexibility throughout their pregnancy, and tune into their body and mind on their journey to motherhood. We focus on breath awareness while moving through a fluid sequence of postures. Birth preparation is woven through classes as we explore relaxation techniques, breath work and birthing positions.
