Focusing on rebuilding strength and healing the postnatal body in a controlled and effective way. Introducing baby to movement and massage techniques as well as relaxation techniques for both. A class you can both be actively involved in.

Please note the studio is located on the first floor, only accessible by stairs. Therefore please bring baby ina sling/ car seat, there is a large free car park less than 1 minute walk.
