Description
Wednesday 1-2pm class. Suitable from after 6wks check until baby is mobile. A class to help you get back into exercise safely.
Half the class is time for mum to move and exercise safely, mixture of yoga and core work.
Second part is songs and moving with baby.
Babies cry, feed, sleep and need changing its all totally normal - the class is 1 hour and 30mins for tea and a chat.
I am a pelvic floor and core specialist so I am trained to help you safely focus on closing your tummy muscles, strengthening pelvic floor and feeling stronger. It’s a friendly, fun and welcoming class.
