Description
Parent and Baby Yoga class with elements of massage, Yoga class for both parents and baby until baby begins to be mobile, then we progress to Mountain 2 class.
Please give time to park, the Bath road car park is very close to the studio.
Buggy’s can be left at the bottom as there are stairs to the studio, or a baby carrier is useful to access studio.
Medical form sent on enquiry to enable me to progress movements for participants.
