I’m a women’s exercise coach specialising in ante & postnatal exercise and strength & conditioning training. I train women to get strong and feel good.

Strength training has so many benefits for women, not only does it build and maintain strength, muscle mass and bone density but it also improves confidence, builds resilience, self-efficacy and is empowering as hell! You’ll also work on getting that heart rate up which leaves you feeling pumped.

I help mums regain strength and confidence after having children and ensure that they continue to progress and imbed a healthy lifestyle looking after themselves.
