SHARED BEGINNINGS

This baby massage course offers a calm, nurturing space to slow down, connect with your baby, and spend time with other parents in a supportive environment. Sessions are baby-led, with all baby behaviours welcomed — there is no pressure to massage or participate if it doesn’t feel right on the day.

Each session includes time to settle and relax, gentle grounding, simple movement, songs, and the gradual introduction of baby massage techniques over the course. Techniques are shared at a pace that supports both you and your baby, with space to pause, feed, cuddle, or simply be.

The course is suitable for babies from around 6 weeks old until they are mobile. Classes are thoughtfully planned with parents in mind, including accessible facilities and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

Led by a registered nurse and antenatal teacher, these sessions offer evidence-informed guidance alongside an understanding that real life with a baby doesn’t always follow the “ideal.” Time is built in before and after sessions to chat, connect, and enjoy a drink together.

Please bring a blanket and your usual baby essentials. Hot and cold drinks and biscuits are provided.
