Fairytale Ballet® is a joyful, story-led ballet class for ages 3–5. Each week a favourite tale becomes a gentle adventure where first ballet steps are learned through imagination, music and play. It’s storytelling and ballet woven together—designed to spark curiosity, build skills and leave children proud of what they can do.

What happens in class:

• Warm hello and musical wake-up.
• A weekly story teaches simple ballet sequences in child-friendly language.
• Rhythm games and props (scarves, ribbons, crowns or wands) build coordination and musicality.
• Small creative choices invite self-expression.
• A feel-good finish so every child leaves smiling.

What children grow here:

• Body skills: balance, posture, core control, spatial awareness, safe stretching.
• Dance skills: first positions, travelling steps, turns, timing and performance focus.

Practical bits:

• Comfy, move-friendly clothes (leotard/leggings or T-shirt + shorts).
• Hair tied off the face; no jewellery for safety. 
• Footwear: soft ballet shoes; bare feet are fine on teacher-approved floors to start. 
• Bring a labelled water bottle; quick pre-class loo stop helps.
• We provide props; no costume needed. Tell us any additional needs in advance.
