Our Kids MMA class is a fun, safe, and structured way for children to learn the fundamentals of martial arts. Through a mix of striking, grappling, and movement drills, kids build confidence, coordination, discipline, and respect, all while staying active and making new friends!

Led by Coach and assistant with enhanced DBS checks, years of experience teaching martial arts and working in schools.
