This is the ideal class for new parents looking to take back control of the aches and pains that linger from pregnancy and labour. Postnatal corrective exercise focuses on breath work, posture, balance and strength training to realign and strengthen your foundations. Stretching out the overworked muscles, switching on the underworked muscles and safely strengthening the whole body, the class is a mixture of yoga, pilates and traditional strength training designed to cater to all fitness levels. All small humans welcome and can be entertained/held/rocked by the instructor so you can focus on yourself. The class also offers a safe none judgemental space for new parents to talk openly about their new lives with an optional post class coffee and a walk in the park.
