Relax & Restore with Laura is a gentle pause in the busy rhythm of parenthood. It’s a calm, supportive class where you’re invited to slow down, breathe, and tend to yourself, while also sharing a soothing, connective experience with your baby.
During the session, Laura guides you through soft, restorative mum-focused yoga, designed to support postnatal bodies with gentle movement, stretching and rest. Alongside this, you’ll be introduced to simple baby massage techniques that you can enjoy together, helping your baby to relax, settle and feel connected, while strengthening your bond. Everything is slow, supported and optional, with plenty of space to respond to your baby’s needs as they arise.
This class is for parents in the postnatal season who are craving rest, regulation and connection. Whether your baby is tiny or a little older, whether feeding feels easy or complicated, and whether you’re feeling depleted, tender or simply in need of something just for you, this space is for you. No yoga or massage experience is needed, and babies are welcome to feed, sleep, wriggle or cry as needed.
