Our Occupational Therapy (OT) group is designed to help children develop essential developmental skills in a fun, supportive, and social environment.

By using evidence-based play, we bridge the gap between "hard work" and "having fun," ensuring children stay engaged while mastering new milestones.

What We Focus On

• Fine Motor Skills: Strengthening hands and fingers.
• Sensory Processing: Helping children organise and respond to sensory information (touch, movement, sound) more effectively.
• Gross Motor Coordination: Improving balance, core strength, and body awareness through active movement games.
• Social & Emotional Skills: Practicing turn-taking, following multi-step directions, and managing "big feelings" in a group setting.
