This class is for soon to be mothers that are 12 weeks and over. Expect a gentle, nurturing class with yoga postures and breathing techniques to deeply connect with your baby and to bring about relaxation in your mind and body. Practicing throughout your pregnancy keeps you mobile, ease any pregnancy aches and connect to your changing body.
Feel supported by your teacher, fellow to-be-mums, and enjoy, let go, relax and connect.
No prior experience of yoga is needed. Please speak to us if you have any specific health conditions or queries.
P.S. Mats are provided at the studio, as well as props etc. Do feel free to bring your own also if you'd prefer. We have changing rooms also and a tea station! :)
