TWIST AND FLIP GYMNASTICS

At Twist and Flip Gymnastics, we believe movement is the foundation of a happy, healthy childhood. Our preschool gymnastics programs are designed to inspire confidence, coordination, and a lifelong love of active play. Each class is carefully structured to support children’s physical, social, and cognitive development in a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment. We offer two programs tailored to different age groups: CopyCats and Little Gs.

CopyCats – Ages: Confidently walking to 3 years

CopyCats is a one-hour session focused on structured play, music, and guided movement. Children explore gymnastics equipment while learning through imitation, following songs, rhythms, and instructor-led activities. The class helps toddlers build confidence, body awareness, and coordination in a playful, encouraging environment. Parents actively participate, supporting children as they navigate obstacles, stretch, balance, and move creatively. Each session includes a short snack break. CopyCats is perfect for toddlers gaining independence, helping them grow in a safe, joyful, and structured setting.

Little Gs – Ages: 3 years to full-time school

Little Gs is a 45-minute independent session for preschoolers ready for more structure. Children enjoy themed classes with songs, imaginative play, and gymnastics equipment that encourages exploration and skill development. The curriculum enhances balance, coordination, flexibility, and strength, while fostering teamwork, listening skills, and confidence. Classes combine structured learning with playful experiences, helping children develop foundational motor skills while having fun. Little Gs provides a supportive environment where children can challenge themselves, learn new skills, and enjoy movement alongside peers, developing independence and self-confidence.

Sessions are led by fully qualified British Gymnastics Preschool Coaches.

Sessions run during term time only and are structured, combining music, play, and gymnastics to keep children engaged and moving. To support independence and focus, parents do not sit in to watch; however, we hold specific viewing events throughout the year where parents are invited to attend.

Please note there is no snack break during this class. Children will receive a sticker book, which is used both for motivation and as their attendance card ⭐📘
