There’s a public car park just 3 minutes from the venue - Bell Street car park run by East Herts council. There’s very limited on-street parking outside the studio There is one short flight of stairs up and once inside there’s a no shoes policy. Seating will be on the floor on yoga mats, but there will be a gym ball or a chair to use if mobility is a problem for you. We are LGBTQ+ friendly - everyone is welcome here.
