Description

The perfect first class for you and your baby. Each week we incorporate soothing baby massage routines with gentle movements to aid your postnatal recovery. Classes are relaxed, fun & social and include lots of up to date, evidence based infant education. Led by a practicing birth & postnatal doula.

This is a 5 week term.
