Wildflowers Rolling In Meadows (6-12 m)

A 4-week exploration of Baby Massage, Yoga & heuristic play for crawling, rolling babies.

This is a joyful, grounding and gently energising space where movement and connection flow freely. Designed for rolling, crawling and curious little explorers, each session nurtures growing independence while still anchoring parent and baby in closeness and calm.

We explore a nourishing rhythm of:

🌿Hatha inspired Baby Yoga to support strength and mobility

🌿Massage techniques adapted for your baby's development

🌿Sensory & heuristic play with naturally sourced treasures

🌿Gentle parent stretches, breathwork, parent & baby guided relaxation

🌿Music, rhythm & song woven softly through the class

Each class balances play and calmness, offering the movement babies crave and the stillness parents need What to expect each week:

Across the 4 weeks, classes naturally layer & grow, we will include:

🌼 Breathwork & stretches for parents

🌼 Baby Massage sequences to comfort, settle & connect

🌼 Baby Yoga that is baby-led

🌼 Sensory activities to spark curiosity

🌼Guided parent & baby connection time

🌼Heuristic play using treasure baskets to explore texture & wonder Each class ends with space for parents to unwind and chat over a refreshment while babies discover at their own pace.

What to bring:

° Towel for your baby to lay on

° A drink for you & baby

° Cushion for your own comfort if you'd like

At the end of the course you will receive a Certificate of Completion in Baby Massage & Baby Yoga with Wildflowers Baby Wellness.

There will be an option to continue in rolling classes if you wish to deepen connection, explore new themes and grow with your baby.
