What Willow Body UK Pilates says

Mum & Baby Classes are designed to help new mums to get out the house with baby. Do some exercises which rebuild the deep abdominals, shoulders and hips, assist with back pain. I offer hot drinks and biscuits at the end for everyone who fancy’s staying for a chat to help. Classes will be full of new mums, often looking for the chance to share their experiences, socialise and chat. Pregnancy classes are designed to bring mums to be together, include gentle exercise, pelvic floor engagement, mindful breathing and relaxation.

I'm a mum to a little girl and know-how needed these classes are for Mums to be and new mums to get out of the house and meet other like minded people on the parenting journey.
