We focus on HIIT (high intensity interval training) incorporating Pilates and yoga techniques. Prepare to SWEAT birds. Fit Birds bootcamps use calisthenics (bodyweight training) combining both plyometrics and isometric methods to ensure your body is working towards its peak performance. You can expect to: Increase your fitness and blast calories. Lengthen, tone and shape your body. All bootcamps are pre & postnatal safe. Bootcamps are 45mins of HIIT, yoga & Pilates training.
