Well my gorgeous little fairy light lit sanctuary with Hello And Flow could be just the thing 
Hello and Flow mum and baby yoga sessions run on Thursdays and Fridays and are made up of a wonderful mix of connection with other mums, grounding and movement for you, songs, moves and sensory fun for baby and just generally a lot of joy.
The movement part of this class is all designed with your newly postpartum body in mind. Expect yoga postures to help you lengthen and mobilise through your spine, strengthen in and around the pelvis, open up those hunched shoulders and build strength and balance throughout the rest of the body. All while being kind to your pelvic floor and postpartum body.
The aim of these sessions is to give you a little chance to escape the chaos outside, to learn tools to calm your nervous system but also stretch and move your body. They arm you with baby yoga moves you can take away and enjoy with baby at home too.
This class isn’t a sensory class nor is it an exercise class. It is somewhere in between but also so much more. It is something just as much for you as it is for baby, a little warm hug in a class.
