HIMOS Yoga is part of the HIMOS Hub Art, Craft and Yoga School based in High Legh. HIMOS stands for Happy In My Own Self and is the perfect motto for our lovely school.
We offer Baby Massage and Yoga, Pre School and Primary aged Yoga. And Yoga flow for adults. An inviting calming space for all to come together to connect and move as a community.

Clare is a 200hr registered yoga teacher who also holds qualifications in children’s yoga and baby massage and yoga.
