Mum and Baby Yoga - The practice is for mums and babies. For mums the movement is focused on drawing the core and pelvic floor back together and regaining strength gently. Just as your baby slowly grows in your womb, the practice allows you to remind yourself and your body of where it can be now you are no longer pregnant. Reducing aches and pains in the upper body by opening the shoulders and releasing the neck. We focus on realigning the natural curves of the spine working towards neutralising the pelvis and regaining posture if excessive lordosis has occurred during pregnancy. At the same time enjoy the practice of being calm and mindful to undo some of the stress and challenges of being a new mum. Allow active rest and time to engage with your baby in a non-judgemental environment, which is especially good for mothers who might be struggling to cope or be feeling completely overwhelmed. Connect to yourself again and embrace a community of new mums. Pre and Post natal fitness - Get into your best shape to recover after having a child, or prepare in the best way you can whilst pregnant. Or perhaps it’s been years since you were pregnant but you are finally able to make time for your health. Pre & post natal fitness classes based on the MUTU System, an award winning program recommended by the NHS and based on corrective movement, biomechanics, pilates and HIIT exercises. In person group classes – classes compliment the official online programme to ensure you are practising in the best possible way for your body
