Between managing symptoms, adjusting to changes in your lifestyle, and keeping up with daily life, it can sometimes feel overwhelming. It’s so important to prioritise mum’s mental well-being during this time.
In our busy, fast-paced world, it’s essential for expectant mums to take some time for themselves and their growing baby. My pregnancy relaxation classes are the perfect way to do that. I offer a holistic approach which blends Hypnobirthing principles with mindfulness practices. They’re relaxed, supportive, and designed for women from 12 weeks of pregnancy. These classes are held in SR Pilates Studio, Horsforth in a calming space and can bring wonderful benefits for both you and your baby.
