Description

All our sessions are themed and start with a warm up to raise the heart rate. Using hand apparatus we work on stretching, coordination, body preparation and basic gymnastics shapes. For the partly and fully structured classes, we then go on to our first equipment circuit which is based around beam and vault progressions balance and coordination using our floor beams, stepping stones, junior springboard, vault and mini trampoline. This session is partly structured.
