Description
Join us in our fully equipped gym for a specialist postnatal workout, designed to help you rehab your core, reconnect with your breath and your body, and build strength to deal with the daily challenges of looking after a little one. These classes have a strong focus on correct use of the breath and the pelvic floor, safely rebuilding core strength, reversing some of the postural changes that occur during pregnancy and while caring for a little one. We also build full body strength to support you not just in being a mum, but in every day life as well. Meet other mums and bring your baby to this supportive environment where little ones and all the chaos they can bring are welcome!. Options given throughout to accommodate wherever you are in your postnatal rehab journey.
This course is suitable from post 6 weeks vaginal birth and 12 weeks post Caesarian birth, following a 6 week GP check and being cleared for exercise.
Babies are very welcome but not required!
Parents are responsible for their babies at all times.
