Our Hello & Flow Postnatal Mum & Baby yoga classes are a chance to reconnect with your body, ease you back into exercise and help to safely heal your postpartum body and mind. They're fun and interactive for both you and your baby and help baby to grow strong and flexible ready for the next stage of life - mobility! This is more than just a yoga class. It offers the opportunity: For mum & baby to spend quality time bonding To learn and develop relaxation techniques Supporting you through the journey of motherhood and hopefully make lots of new mum friends!
