Description
Parenting is hard especially in those early years and months. We are not meant to do it alone.
Join our 4 session parenting for wellbeing group, where we will explore together:
- The importance of your own self care
- Understanding your children's feelings and behaviour
- Family routines and parenting styles
- Meet and share with other parents
For the in person groups your babies and toddlers can remain in the accompanying stay and play session with staff. Online groups take place in the evening.
Light refreshments provided.
