Description

New born to pre-crawling. To help Mums regain strength and muscle tone with assisted moves and sensory work for babies. Includes a period of rest and time for a tea and meet new Mums in your area. Babies join in or if sleeping all the way through is also fine. 

Yoga 1 hour | Tea & chat 30 mins.

Our venue is step free and buggy friendly. Anyone can join after your 6 week GP check however book in advance.
