Description
Build strength, bond with your baby and connect with other parents in this fun, challenging and inclusive class!
We'll focus on building full body strength & stability with banded and bodyweight movements, as well as restorative core and pelvic floor work. There will be the option to wear or hold baby for some of the exercises to make them more challenging so please do bring your baby carriers if you have them! There will also be a play mat for the babies in the middle of the room or you can of course bring prams/baby seats if you prefer.
The class itself will be around 45 minutes, but Bubs & Burn is also about connection & community so there will be time at the end to stay and chat if you'd like to, as well as to feed/change babies!
This class is suitable for all fitness levels and (pre-walking) babies from 2 months of age. Exercises will be post-natal safe and I can provide adaptations if needed.
Please note: this is an inclusive and LGBTQIA+ friendly space and class - all genders are welcome.
If you have recently given birth, please ensure you have been cleared to exercise by your doctor before booking onto this class. I also strongly recommend seeing a pelvic floor physio before starting any post-natal exercise.
