Pregnancy Yoga

This weekly Pregnancy Yoga class with experienced perinatal teacher Alexa Dean is a nourishing and empowering space for expectant mothers to connect with their bodies, their babies, and a like-minded community.
Tailored for all stages of pregnancy from 12 weeks onwards, this class supports physical, emotional, and mental well-being as you prepare for birth and the journey into motherhood. Through breath-led movement, mindful stretching, and deeply grounding practices, you’ll build strength, ease tension, and create space in your changing body.
Each session includes:
• Safe and supportive yoga postures for pregnancy
• Breathing techniques to reduce anxiety and support labour
• Pelvic floor awareness and strengthening
• Guided relaxation to encourage deep rest and connection
Alexa creates a warm, welcoming environment where all experiences are honoured. Whether you’re new to yoga or have an existing practice, you’ll be guided with care and expertise through practices that are both gentle and empowering. There is also time to ask questions, share experiences, and connect with others on the same path.
Pregnancy yoga can help ease common discomforts such as back pain, fatigue, and insomnia, and is known to support better sleep, improved posture, and a calmer, more positive mindset during pregnancy and birth.
Please bring a yoga mat if you have one, and any props you like to use for comfort. All levels of experience are welcome.
Suitable from 12 weeks pregnant through to birth. No previous yoga experience necessary.
